We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time spent on pages, general geographic location (city/region level), and the type of device and browser used. This data is anonymous and does not identify you personally.

We use the information you submit through our forms exclusively to:

• Add you to our student waitlist and contact you when a lesson spot becomes available
• Coordinate scheduling with your assigned trainer
• Respond to questions or requests you've sent us
• Follow up about camp registration

We use anonymous data from Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

Text Messaging (SMS) and Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, Horses and Hope LLC may send you recurring automated text messages about your lessons, including day-before reminders, booking confirmations, cancellations, and occasional barn announcements. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the text-message consent box on one of our website forms (Join the Waitlist, Current Students, Camp Registration, or Birthday Party Inquiry). The box is unchecked by default and is never required to enroll, register, or book. We only text families who have opted in.

We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked to receive.

Message frequency varies. You may receive a reminder for each scheduled lesson, plus occasional confirmations, cancellations, or barn announcements, typically one to four messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Horses and Hope LLC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates still apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which unsubscribes you from further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information at the bottom of this page. Full details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. Google Analytics places a small cookie in your browser to recognize returning visitors and track site activity. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google through this tracking.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Form Submissions

Forms on our website are processed through Netlify, our website hosting platform. When you submit a form, Netlify receives and stores your submission so we can review it. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

We retain form submission data only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected (such as scheduling a lesson or processing a camp registration). We do not store payment information — all payments are handled in person.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies only for Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, social tracking cookies, or any other third-party tracking. If you disable cookies in your browser, the website will still function fully.

Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for children, but our website forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian — not by the child directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted a form without your knowledge, please contact us and we will remove the information promptly.

Data Security

Your form submissions are transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection and stored by Netlify on secure servers. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information and only share it internally with the trainers who need it to serve your family.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we have on file about you or your child
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information from our records
