SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the text message program operated by Horses and Hope LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Program Description

Horses and Hope LLC sends text messages to families who have opted in, to help you keep track of horseback riding lessons. Messages may include:

• Day-before lesson reminders
• Booking confirmations when a lesson is scheduled
• Cancellation notices, including same-day weather cancellations
• Occasional barn announcements and schedule changes that affect lessons

How to Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the text-message consent box on one of our website forms. The consent box is unchecked by default, and checking it is entirely optional: it is never required to enroll, register, or book anything with us. By checking that box, you give Horses and Hope LLC your express written consent to send you the text messages described above. We do not text anyone who has not opted in.

The consent box appears on these pages:

• Join the Waitlist (new student enrollment)
• Current Students (schedule updates and text settings)
• Camp Registration
• Birthday Party Inquiry

We keep a dated record of every consent, including which form it came from, so we can confirm exactly when and how you agreed.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your lesson schedule and barn activity. You may receive a reminder for each scheduled lesson, plus occasional confirmations, cancellations, or announcements, typically one to four messages per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Horses and Hope LLC does not charge you for these text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply based on your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

You can also turn texts off yourself on the Current Students page: leave the text-reminder box unchecked and submit the form. Or simply call or text the barn at (706) 244-4232 and we will remove you.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked to receive. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the text message program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
