Below are the forms and documents you'll need before your first lesson, plus helpful resources for current students and families. Click any document to view it in your browser, or download a copy to print at home.

Required before any rider can begin lessons or attend camp. You can now sign this online in a couple of minutes and a copy is emailed straight to you. One form per rider. Prefer paper? Print it, sign it, and bring it with you on your first day.
Our guide for the school-year season: the heart behind the barn, lesson commitment, payments, cancellations, weather, and how we communicate. You can now read and sign this online, initialling the four policies as you go, and a copy is emailed straight to you. One packet covers every rider in your family. Prefer paper? Print it, initial the page at the back, and hand that page to your trainer.
Current students can update availability, request a schedule change, leave a note for their trainer, and turn lesson text reminders on or off.
